Yes, we're going around-the-world in a helicopter, but we're not exactly on vacation. And so does the hotel that has welcomed us in Panama.

The Holiday Inn Express map location name says it all: Panama’s Financial District. That's right, we will be staying from May 8 to May 9 in the heart of Panama's business area, a few meters away from iconic corporate buildings and organizations.

But by now you know how we feel about rest and exercise. They're a crucial part of a healthy existence. So we will definitely take a dive in the hotel's outdoor panoramic pool and relieve the day’s stress working out at the 24-hour fitness center.
